Administrative Team

Ashley Brock
Owner, CEO
Ashley Brock has spent nearly two decades building a career at the intersection of business, healthcare, and compassion for others. With a natural ability for business operations and accounting, she began her career in office management within a healthcare practice over 18 years ago. It was there that she quickly stepped into leadership, mastering the complexities of health insurance, claims billing, and medical office operations.
In 2012, Ashley transitioned into the behavioral health industry and founded a Revenue Cycle Management company serving behavioral health hospitals and clinics. Through that work, she was introduced to the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, where she witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact it had on children and the hope it brought to families.
Inspired by the results and the people behind the work, Ashley began helping organizations build and grow their ABA therapy programs. Her vision eventually expanded beyond consulting. She wanted to create an environment where not only clients could thrive, but where the dedicated professionals who provide ABA therapy would feel valued, supported, and empowered to live out their calling.
