The process to receive services

1. TALK TO YOUR CHILD'S PEDIATRICIAN

   • Discuss your concerns​

   • Ask for a referral for your child to be evaluated by a clinical psychologist

2. CALL US TO SCHEDULE A MEETING​

   • Key Pieces Therapy can help guide you through the process​

3. RECEIVE AN AUTISM EVALUATION WITH A CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST THAT SPECIFICALLY DIAGNOSES YOUR CHILD WITH AUTISM (This is required by insurance companies to receive authorization for ABA Services)​

   • We partner with clinical psychologists​

   • Our partners will help you get the answers you need

4. MEET WITH OUR BEHAVIOR ANALYSTS TO DEVELOP A TREATMENT PLAN FOR YOUR CHILD​

   • Decide on the appropriate therapy schedule (ABA Therapy is required multiple days a week for multiple hours at a time)​

   • Our behavioral analysts complete a through assessment prior to treatment to develop an individualized plan for each client

5. BEGIN ABA THERAPY​

   • Your child will have one-to-one care with specialty trained staff​

6. PARENT TRAINING​

   • Parent involvement is the key to your child's success​

   • We will meet with you often to discuss progress in therapy at home
